1. How long is your delivery time?

We usually deliver within 2-5 business days. All items are shipped from a warehouse in Norway, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is on its way. Some larger products, such as beds and dressing tables, may take a little longer depending on where in the country you live.

2. How can I contact customer service?

You can reach us via the contact form on the website, or send us an email. We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays and are happy to help you with everything from delivery to product selection.

3. Do you offer furniture assembly?

No, we do not currently offer assembly. All of our products come with clear assembly instructions, and most are easy to assemble yourself. If you need help, we recommend asking someone you know or a local installer.

4. What kind of dressing table do you have?

We have everything from simple dressing tables with clean lines to more advanced models with LED lights, mirrors and drawers. Several of them are suitable for both small bedrooms and larger walk-in wardrobes. You can find our full selection under "Dressing tables".

5. Do I get a mirror and chair when I buy a dressing table?

It varies from product to product. Some dressing tables come as complete sets with mirrors and chairs, while others are sold separately. You can find all the information on the product page, and you can also combine the dressing table with matching mirrors and chairs if you wish.

6. Do you have furniture that fits small rooms?

Yes! Many of our products are designed to fit well in smaller apartments or rooms with limited space – for example, compact bedside tables, oak wall shelves and space-saving bunk beds.

7. Are the bunk beds safe for children?

Safety is important to us. Our bunk beds are made of solid materials and come with safe ladders and bed rails. We recommend that children under 6 years of age do not sleep in the top bunk.

8. What materials do you use in your furniture?

We mainly use quality materials such as oak, metal, glass and MDF. Many of our interior products, such as console tables and shelves, combine functionality with a modern, Nordic expression.

9. Can I return if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you receive it. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us and we will assist you further with the return process.

10. Do you only sell to customers in Norway?

Yes, we focus exclusively on the Norwegian market. This allows us to offer fast delivery, customer service in Norwegian, and products that are tailored to Norwegian homes and needs.

11. When can I call customer service?

You can call our customer service at 980 09 700 Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00. Outside of opening hours, we recommend that you send us an email or use the contact form on the website – we will respond as soon as we get back.
